The REEForest LIFE project

The REEForest LIFE project aims to reverse the degradation process of the endangered Cystoseira habitat (code 1170) through active restoration measures and the implementation of monitoring plans in four marine protected areas: in Italy (Sinis Peninsula, Cilento National Park, Bergeggi Island) and Greece (Gyaros Island), where the causes of degradation have already been addressed.
